EXCERPT From A LETTER TO MY READERS

I offer this book for those that need to laugh, for
those that need to cry, and for those of us that must do
both in order to continue on in a system where all the
systems within the system are out of control.

This is a cook book unlike one you've ever read before.
If you enjoy really good food, if you like to cook, if
you are one of those working people, if you are a
conservative woman that has had to start over and over
again, if you've had hardship in your life (and who
hasn't), if you've felt at times you could not go on, or
if you just wonder at times "what the heck is going on
here"...You will find reading through this book a real
riot, because folks, that's the way life is. Sometimes
it's a diamond, sometimes it's a stone, and sometimes
it's a boulder. I'm writing about those boulders.
